Annual General Meetings are held as required by Constitution. The Annual Report and Financial Report will be presented in AGMs for members to review, discuss and then approve. Members will have the opportunity to discuss any matters of common interest in the AGMs as well as to query on any particular matter and Council will respond accordingly. Council elections are also held at AGMs. |
